The Summit of Amazonian Presidents will be held in the Brazilian city of Belém do Pará on August 8 and 9. The presidents of Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Suriname and Venezuela will meet within the framework of the 1978 Amazon Cooperation Treaty.
